In just 15 minutes! Easy and economical recipe
In this video I show you a simple, easy and economical recipe, it is an EXTRA FIRM Italian meringue cream, very stable and delicious!
PERFECT for cake decoration,
for cake and cupcake decoration.
PERFECT to decorate with a pastry bag and RUSSIAN NOZZLES!

Ingredients:
150g egg white (4 egg whites)
375g common sugar
100 ml of water
2 envelopes of vanilla sugar (replace with 1 teaspoon sugar + 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence)
1 teaspoon of lemon-flavored fruit salt, added to the syrup, at the end when you turn off the heat = (can be replaced with 1 teaspoon of lemon juice) = added to the egg whites that are being whipped.
Syrup temperature =117 -120 Degrees
This ITALIAN MERINGUE lasts at room temperature for 5 hours, in the refrigerator it lasts for 3 days, the decoration remains the same in the same way.
You can even freeze it and it will last 1 month without problems.
❄To thaw meringue, the general rule of thumb is to transfer it from the freezer to the refrigerator and let it come back to life gradually.
