If you were to do this again get a pole to screw into the roller you will find it so much easier. Your arms will thank you! I would also do two coats on masonry paint on an outside wall. Make sure the wall has been bushed down with a wire brush too before you start.

Thanks so much!! Yes Im definitely not a professional but fab tips for others watching this. We’re in a rental so I’m happy with short term fixes even if it doesn’t last long but will deffo bare that in mind if I do it in the future. Xx

How is the paint holding up on the brick wall? You didn't need to clean it or remove the moss?

It looks lovely your border has really come along beautifully. White looks lovely in the sun but very dreary on non sunny days so I tend to go for creamier colours outside to account for the British murky weather because that's what we get 70% of the time 😢
