This car was the roughest vintage Hot Wheels Nitty Gritty Kitty I've owned, and i believe turned out to be the nicest after a beautiful restoration. Complete with new wheels and factory stripes on the body, she is definitely a looker. One of my favorites for sure.

The kitty is a great casting. Always liked Cougars since I was a kid. My neighbor had two 67’s as I was growing up. Great memories, got to supervise his paint and body work too!

I don't know how hard it would have been to do the rear bumper/fin on the base to color match, but I think that would have been just the extra touch. Awesome Job! keep up the great work!

Awesome looking resto-custom. I tried dipping the body in Lime-Out/Lime-Away a few restorations back and have been very happy with the results. So far after a 4 minute bath in the Lime-Out solution, a scrub with a brass brush, a wash with dish soap and water, then a polish with rubbing compound, I have a very nice finish to paint over. Haven't had to zinc plate a car since I started using that process. As always, I enjoyed your video and keep it up!!

Enjoyed every minuet of this one , thank you for taking the time, trouble and expense to produce this video. Nothing says 'Hot wheels ' more than a blown engine muscle car with a number on the side - just like I remember them, I think Mattel has forgotten how to make them this cool. This one however really is a gem. Love those Kitties !
