When Gab was saying he was going to "try" to respect his parents, I knew he had not changed. His Dad was so heart broken when Gab left, and so happy when he got home. I hope Gab grows up and becomes respectful.

After seeing camp consequence it immediately made me thought of the wilderness camps that would kidnap children (with permission from parents) and force them into harsh and barbaric training/survival courses, absolutely terrifying.

I don’t think Eva has given up on herself, I honestly think she has high levels of anxiety she doesn’t know how to manage in regards to the heights and the water. The language and the sneaking out and the substances, that’s a whole different thing.

She made it perfectly clear she was afraid of heights, anyone witnessing her reactions while climbing can see this person is afraid of heights. She literally hit the top and panicked. She didn’t give up. She done well.

You’d be surprised at the amount of hearing people that dismiss us when we try communicating in anyway. If I saw this from my own child do that to me, I’d be heart broken. Being Deaf is hard enough for us out in the real world let alone getting it from our children. Poor dad…

I'm guessing he just feels "alone" not having his parents to verbally communicate with and he's acting out because of the cards he was dealt. I felt so bad for his dad :(

These parents are great and understanding... Even let the kids smoke🚬 ... Just with rules and boundaries... I can't believe the difference this family was versus the other "strict" ones on the show... Nothing was petty or outrageous... Just general boundaries and communication...

37:32 is the first time he's felt truly responsible for himself and another person. Pride in what you do should feel good, positive, motivating for an accomplishment. All I could think is how it was probably the only time he thought about his mom and dad and how in that moment, he wanted to connect to them.

I agree. They were wonderful. They didn’t act like tyrants. They had purpose for their actions and made them clear. Excellent family. I hope the two young teenagers are able to have happy productive lives and appreciate those who have given it to them.

The camp guy gave me the creeps after saying what he did. Creepy. I’m happy the parent were able to help mend the children into being the best versions of the self. Long journey still, but the parents also need to be tougher at home and have the same boundaries and rules that are agreed upon both parties.

I would have loved to be with these parents!! They don't seem like they are really that strict or mean. Honestly they are the one of the if not the only set of parents who are about letting the kids enjoy their stay and only ask that they show respect and follow rules. The rules aren't that bad fr compared to some of the other parents on the show.

They are decent good and very brave and he can't see that.,they love him unconditionally and while many would have given up on him they haven't. God bless them ! This is an amazing program. It's hard to discipline kids these days because the way I was raised was by whippings. DHS will get called on you now if you do that. It made me respect my elders and treat people like I want to be treated. But this way was really good. These teens changed their attitude real quick
