I recognize that driveway!! Our family has lived near that neighborhood for years. We would drive by on our way to school and back with our two kids. We always thought it would be a great idea to offer assistance with the yard / driveway maintenance...sadly we never followed thru, but always thought of the help this homeowner could use. YEAH PPE! I’m so glad that you took the time to show you putting it on and that you kept it on in the video. So many people don’t wear their PPE. I believe it shows a lack of respect for the tools they are working with. Tools are dangerous no matter how often you have used them. Always wear your PPE! (From a person who has seen many preventable injuries)

When I saw all the moss on that driveway, I thought that you had to be in the Pacific North Wet, and sure enough I see you have a Washington plate on your truck. Blackberries and moss are the bane of my existence as a homeowner.

That's a really nice service for your neighbor. I thought at first it was going to be gravel drive like mine. I'm actually considering putting down a mesh of pavers and trying to get grass to grow in order to have that green look.

Dang, I really liked that look. I'd have loved to put cobblestones here and there. Here in Florida, we have sand, and cracked concrete (if it's not cracked, talk to me in a year lol). I'd love to have a cool moss driveway.

Would've never guessed the asphalt would be so nice under all that moss. How do you prevent it from coming back?

On roofs you use a zinc strips on your roof cap which degrades with the rain. The moss sucks it up that zinc and kills it. You could probably do that and excess from the roof would wash onto the driveway which would keep it away. Otherwise would still probably be a similar solution

Before I heard the word "Seattle", before I saw the Washington license plates.. I knew that was Seattle moss. I've cleaned the same moss off of a large parking lot and yep - Snow shovel was, and still is, our choice of weapon. Just a tip though - those circular sprayer cleaners are great, but putting em through a lot of thick moss/dirt like that will break em pretty quick. I believe we've gone through 2 so far.

One tip when dealing with moss, make a mix of biological laundry detergent and water about 4 or 5 to 1 and apply with a watering can over the moss. Leave it overnight before cleaning. The moss loses its 'grip' on the surface being treated and makes removal much easier.

Some weed killer and biocide spray would be so beneficial at this property or it will all return maybe trim back trees and shrubs allow more light . quick . Great job n video the burner is a great tool for the weeds n duu it d a great job on the cracks . I’m sure they were very happy
