Heavy equipment moving things around. Half the guys have hard hats, and there are a lot less men working. Have they really upgraded the operations that much or is it a special act put on to get the West off of their case about pollution and working conditions? The water appears a lot cleaner, and the masses of junk all over the beach have been cleared away. Seems like a lot of more recent videos all show much improved conditions.

Does anyone knows what is that green pulp? And why they are laying it on the ground just to collect minutes later?

I’ve never seen heavy machinery used in ship breaking before? It’s always children? Always appalling conditions, no safety at all no hard hats or hi vis. Where was this shot?
