Its so nice to see a rower on an erg. The clear the knee concept is a big secret in gyms worldwide.

Sweet footage, Eamon! How are you liking the arm heart rate monitor? I wear a Polar chest strap, but of course, the erg handle hits it on the finish.

Cheers Ben! My Polar OH1 been great so far, connects to my Polar Vantage M watch and also to the PM5. I switched from the chest strap to stop hitting it at the finish and also to avoid continually getting acne (tried to, but never did wash it enough).

No, I was coaching my high school during those races. I haven’t been hired to do any other races or meets like that. Row2k STILL hasn’t gotten back to me about trying to be a contracted videographer for them ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

@@EamonGlavin i wouldn't have forced my hands out its definitely about flow. I know the feeling. It just looks extreme to me. Its not an easy thing to talk about on KZfaq, I suddenly think I should leave you too it. The guy on the video knows his shit but its hard to put the art into words right

Are you filming from a boat? If so, how is that for like protecting your gear and stuff?

Usually filming from a coach's launch, so it's up above the water and very stable, so no issues with gear safety. Granted, I do hang the camera over the edge a lot to get close to the water...
