Yes they do. It's basically Georgetown harbor from starfish beach to Man of War Cay sanbar. They have a map they give you.

They are called "Man of War Cay." Minns will give you a map and show you. Best time to go is at low tide or within 4 hours after low (as tide is rising). Be careful if the tide is going out it's easy to accidentally beach the boat. Check the tide charts for the dates you are going. We noticed that low tide time in Exuma Harbor was about 1 hour off from low tide at the sanbar (i.e. sanbar hits dead low one hour later than tide chart for Exuma Harbor). Enjoy!

Before your trip, you need to register the drone with the Bahamas Civil Aviation Authority. You fill out some questions here: caabahamas.com/drone-registration/. After which, they will contact you by email to complete the process and issue your Authorization to Import which is presented to customs upon your arrival. Customs is supposed to take a cash deposit from you (up to 50% of the value of the drone) which you get back upon departure (they want you leaving with the drone and not selling it on the island). Both times I've brought it, they didn't take the deposit. However, I was asked to stop back in and show them that I was leaving with the drone (kind of an honor system). I don't know if they do this with everyone. Always had the cash ready to pay the deposit. The FAA registration is easy. You should already have at least a recreational FAA registration if you are using a drone in the US. You don't have to be a Part 107 license holder.

Definitely reserve it well in advance! There is a form online you have to print out, fill out, and email to them. They won't charge your card until you pick the boat up.

@@darrickbanda Based on the sea conditions there do you think for just my wife and myself we would be fine with the 15' Boston Whaler or do you think we should go with the 17' Boston Whaler? I am an extremely experienced boater if that sways your opinion at all. Thank you again for your advice.

@@tomlawrence2423 if you're experienced, you should be fine with any of them. For me personally, the 15' is a little small (gets thrashed around if the wind picks up), especially if you don't go the back way to Man of War. We always try to get the 20' Cat or one of the other larger ones if we can. Bigger is better in the ocean! I have a Navioncs map route that one of the local guides did for me to go a more sheltered route to the sandbar if you want it.

The overhead shot and then zooming towards the boat? That is just down from starfish beach where the cruisers have all the stuff (tables, junk) on the beach setup for their gatherings.

Renting a boat from Minns is imo better than any of the private tours. Very easy to navigate! You are limited in range with the boat rental (basically to the harbor) but can set your own schedule obviously. If you're doing both, you'll get the benefits of both!

@@chadgoodhue6981 we've always rented a house in February Point. There are a few on VRBO. The sand bar is within the harbor and within the boundary that Minns allows. They have a map and will show you where it is. It's also on the navigational charts if you use any kind of boating app.

@@darrickbanda this video is awesome! Just curious, how far of a boat ride was it from Minns to Man of War Cay? Was it far away?

@@jfo14 not far. Maybe 10-15 minutes? After coming out of the Minn's marina (under the bridge) you just bang a right and it's straight ahead. There's also a backway to go, under the "bridge to nowhere" by February Point but you have to be really careful not to hit rocks/a reef on one of the turns. Best to use a marine boating app to get through that way. Minn's doesn't recommend that way. If you aren't comfortable, stay out in the open bay.

Did Minn's let you keep the boat overnight or they require you to check it in every evening.
