I had to get on my ole lady page cause I've seen the footage of the woman with the gun and to my knowledge the picture is photo shop if you take a look at it again she has half of handcuffs on wrist with the gun and on one of her legs you don't see her leg going into the shoe which is a different shoe from the other one and her other arm and hand looks like it's going through the fence like a ghost hand and fingers nobody can run their hands through a metal fence like it's being shown so I say the picture is photo shop to cover up something

Conflicting accounts because in the witnesses cellphone footage she said she got shot trying to run. This story is all over the place.
