PANALO means VICTORY. The beat was taken from a Filipino folklore song CARIÑOSA with that original stringed musical instrument called BANDURIA. Yes, he was teased or like bullied that he's White (TISOY) but he insisted that he is Filipino (PINOY). You can see that he performs with his heart with the aggression. Great reaction! Ez displayed his fluency in 3 languages on this Panalo track (English, Tagalog and Ilokano). In the Panalo-Pacquaio version he added a fourth (Visaya) and changed some of the bars to suit the track. Philippines was colonized by Spain for over 300 years thus PAIN. I was born in Tagalog region in the Philippines and I only know Tagalog though my father is Ilonggo. It's quite normal to Filipinos to not be able to speak other dialects(or language as they say), we can only understand some common words and phrases.

I was born in the Visayas region and transferred to Manila, so I speak English (which embarrassingly almost our first language bc it's the one we mostly use), Tagalog of course, and all the other Visayan dialects but only about 80% Cebuano and about 90% of the one they use in Davao area...why I'm telling you this, it's actually really cool to understand/speak diff languages. I encourage you to try. Ask your dad to keep speaking in Ilonggo, just the usual daily conversation and you'll soon be talking Ilonggo. The perks: when people talk shit and they think nobody understands them, hahaha, crap! I wish I knew who they were dissing. Hindi ka malilibak. Good luck and hope you try it 🤜🤛

The "Tisoy" is a Philippine linggo meaning white colored skin , not the brown skin most pinoys have and EZ has white skin who live in Olongapo, Phils where he was being teased growing up before he moved to America . Nowadays ,really that word in Phils. is not to discriminate them 'coz we have a lot of Pinoy with mixed blood . But hey just like what EZ said no matter what the color of your skin is ,we are all Pinoy!!!!This is the song where he blew up 'coz it sounds like a National Anthem and EZ being proud of his heritage. I was never into rap but i listened to some gloc-9 （ez mil's fave pinoy rapper）. This wishbus went viral and it was all over my feed so i gave it a watch. I had goosebumps by the delivery alone. And i was like, who is this? I also thought ez was a foreigner so i was shocked he was spitting tagalog and ilocano. Lol. But yeah i went to his discography and fell in love with his ballads n RnBs. You might wanna checkout Act 1 album, his 1st album. Half 8 are clean ballads and RnBs, next half 8 are explicit.

10:41 I like how reMARKable explained how we, Filos, sometimes don’t mix well with each other when we come from different regional dialects or even languages. And yea, we do mix up our own Filo language (e.g., Visayan) to another (e.g., Tagalog) if you’re in that kind of household. And at times, some don’t understand the full context. We have over 100 languages in this country and we have dialects too so imagine. It’s crazy.

Y’all will laugh when you see the job postings There’s an Age Limit, and You gotta have nice teeth, certain height, weight with pleasing personality. And there’s no laws against that so people over there just think its normal. FYI: EZ lived in SoCal when he just migrated to the US.

I’m glad I found you guys again! You guys might mistaken his color for him being half white. His parents are actually both Filipino. The mom might have some white in her but she’s mostly pinoy. I think a lot of people have been discrediting him for being Filipino for his skin color.
