OMG. Russ must have done thousands of these installations. There is no way you can install this unit so easily. Space within the unit for water, drainage and electricity is MINIMAL.

I started the installation by reading the instructions booklet. Should have just KZfaqd it... HUGE mistake could have skipped all the nonsense Pages of needless information and dimensions for other models !!

just had 2 in stalled in our grammar school...the 2nd one was all set except the red light stayed on with a new filter installed...will try to reset it...took 2 guys about 3-4 hours plus coordinating with our electrician...NOT AN EASY INSTALL...early on seems to be a play area for the younger set and who fills there bottle first for the older kids...

Why don't you say what size the screws are or more appropriately what size tool you need because those top screws are either T25 or hex of which I'm not sure of the size but on the side of the cooler itself just above the left axis plate there's a similar scroll but it's got a much smaller tool size such as T20 or T15 - or similar hex Knowing which square bit or torx bit or allen wrench besides saving time it lets you do the job properly

After contacting ELKAY to see how much install would be on this unit they wanted $1200. We already had old one up some kids just broke it. I did ask if they paid installers commision on installs and if they were hiring. No response, it was funny. Mine doesn't come with a purple wire, and the instructions don't say anything about a wire. Do the newer units not require the wire?

I'll install yours for 500. I only have 300 more to go before you! Hahah their on drugs for 1200 install. I could bang out 4 to 6 in a day depending the situation.
