0:10 - Lenin starts his Bolshevik party, slowly gaining more supporters as a result of the 1905 War and other controversies in the Empire 0:50 - Population of Russia starts to grow disgruntled with the joining of the Entente powers in WWI 1:29 - Things start to appear uneasy.. the war against the Austro-Hungarians and Germans has proved to be growing too costly.. their own armies begin to join the Revolutionary Cause 2:00 - The situation has grown uncertain.. the Tsar has abdicated and the new government has taken power.. the war continues, but some aren't satisfied.. 2:41 - The October Revolution has begun, and the incoming Red Revolution is slowly building up their momentum, gaining support of numerous cities and large amounts of supporters, but also opposition. The Russian Civil War has begun with a slightly favorable White Army outcome. 3:00 - The Tsar and his family have been killed, the Revolution and Civil War are in full swing with Generals on either side, once allies, now clashing with one another.. all while the Central Powers make a final push into Imperial Russian territory before Nov. 1918. 3:15 - The Red Army engages brutally with the White Army, an unstoppable momentum forcibly taking every kilometer of land pushing further East and South until all of Russia has been unified under Bolshevik rule.

People always complain about how an Assassin's Creed in the 20th century wouldn't work but i think maybe if the protag was super stealthy and was a sniper and only engaged in open combat with a hidden blade and smoke bombs it would be fun, to the point where open combat is highly discouraged and if you get detected you have a 20 second timer to hide or drop a smoke bomb and use that, maybe even introduce the idea of gases like in Rogue with a gas mask, maybe the protaginast only carries a sniper rifle, hidden blades, throwing knives and smoke bombs and a gas mask; this could prove to be a huge advantage over the heavily armed but overencumbered opponents, maybe running would be easier the less you carry like if you run out of throwing knives or bombs you run slightly faster maybe?

I would love an Assassin's Creed in the Medieval Bulgaria or in the period of 1878 - 1919 of the Bulgarian history. It has potential; or maybe Bulgaria during WWII, the history of Bulgaria, the Tsar Boris III and the Axis is very interesting to be left unexplored. Besides, as someone of Bulgarian heritage, it would make me happy beyond repair.

If so, they have to be really careful about what time in the Cold War they set it in. Too far in and suspension of disbelief becomes nigh impossible. Too short and it would feel no different from World War II. For this kind of game, sometime around the 1960's-1970's would be ideal for a Cold War AC.

@@dubstrap6095 You have no idea how sick I am of open world games. No, the movement felt way too janky, the level design bored me into nausea, and I didn’t find it exciting. I don’t think ass cred works as a 2d platformer.
