Makes sense for fairly flat shots what about when you start factoring in elevation beyond the 10 to 20 feet of the average treestand if you're 100 feet up a ridge and the animal is 20 yards away it would appear as if it were a little over 50 yards away when framing the vitals and your shot would be high

I've been shooting the sight for 2 years, my only advice for new buyers is if you hunt elevated, to get elevated to tree stand level and practice from there. What's not mentioned enough in these reviews is this sight helps in eliminating target panic and for people like me, legally blind but corrected to 20/20, the instinctive aspect that others have mentioned is part of shooting this sight. Eliminating focusing in on pin selection, moving adjustable sights when Mr. Big walks by quickly following a doe is a HUGE advantage. I hunt mostly rut, so most times what I'm shooting at is changing its range to me constantly, this site eliminates the need to range, that is a huge advantage in a real world hunting situation. Shoot adult arrows ; )

Note the double parabolic shape to account for ballistics/gravity.

You can make any spot center of a ball. Depends on where you hold it.

How would I set it up if I can't see out of my right eye would this be an option?? I am using the peep eliminator now it's not all good

Just to add, I painted the whole #4 ring dark green and scuffed the paint off the marks to see the neon green marks. Works the same only the deer can’t see anything.

I shot my first buck ever yesterday. Ezv put my arrow through the heart at 15 yards from sitting in a small folder chair. Can’t say enough about the sight. I don’t know why more people aren’t using it. It’s so simple and deadly accurate. First day, first buck, first shot. Freezers full! Awesome sight.

How can I frame a ball when I need to aim low heart to account for the deer to drop? If I frame the vitals then I’m aiming center mass and if the deer drops it will hit high or a miss?

Ordered 2 yesterday. I shoot a True Spot scope for punching paper in the winter. No pins, no cross hairs or anything like that. Pull up and shoot. Very relaxing way to shoot. This should be a fairly simple transition.(famous last words). I make 3 or 4 trips to TX to hunt hogs. How does the sight work at night. I did not see anyplace to put a sight light on.

Does this compensate for shooting at an angle? Such as shooting a deer that's 50 yards line of sight but at an extreme angle that puts the shooting distance at 35 or 40 yards?

I've looked at several demos. Primarily concentrating on the bow set up with this concept. Do you need a peep sight to use with this sight? My peep sight twists so much that it literally sent me to crossbow. But after snorting some Fairy dust, I'm excited to pick up the compound again.

Only thing I don’t like about my V sight is setup. You guys should get working on some fine tuning. It took me forever to set up my sight!

Dammit now I’m shooting the bowmar nose button and the Easy V I’ll be glad when they stop coming up with better more effective ways to hunt 🤣

Has anyone noticed any problems shooting from a tree stand? I am asking because this system looks to use true distance to the target not ballistic distance.

Ishi was once asked to try a bow with a sight, his reply..."sights are for whites". Except for guys like Lars Anderson and Tim Wells. I've shot instinctive for decades, from recurves to my current speedster, a Bowtech BTX28, and get ground squirrels and rabbits in the off season. Got a heart shot on a squirrel face on from 37 yards a couple months back. Peep sights and pins ruin the experience for me. Try bare bow, gets in your blood. Still seems confusing

The fact it cuts for no reason between him kicking the ball and picking the ball up is sketchy asf (gives time to range find the ball then cut back) Especially since him retreving the ball was just speed up.
