@@Maverick1375 Hmmm no, not to my knowledge. I own 10 other modules and they've always had heat blur on their engines for me. With that being said, I haven't touched the F14 in a few months.

Those types of thigs were built into the flight line during those years. power and air had boxes up and down the flightline between every aircraft parking spaces at most bases. so technically that would be on ED to fix the maps.

@@gerlofrispens968 It's ED's problem and it has been broken forever. I like to think of the replays as quantum states of all possible DCS flights. Infinitely different every time.

The pylon is narrower than the missile. Also missiles are not dropped, they are ejected with percussion shells, similar to how a ramset works.

@@PugilistCactus Yes, there are definitely pylon mounts, however when you look at a picture of an F-14 with Aim-7s loaded on its center stations, and even the outer stations, the AIM-7s fins have to go somewhere, and that means either a specially designed pylon to accommodate the fin, or in the center stations, the fins actually go slightly into the fuselage. The VF-154 Black Knights and the VF-211 Fighting Checkmates used F-14As as Bombcats. Their F-14As were a lot different from the 1970s and Top Gun. Their F-14As have modifications and upgrades based on the F-14B. F-14A and F-14B are very confusing because the F-14A has ECMs on the glove vanes and one ECM was attached on the port side nose gear, as the ECM was used to be on the starboard nose hear. The F-14A also has the TACAN Antenna, UHF Antenna and the GPS Dome. One ECM is on the beaver tail of the F-14A. It also has NACA gun vents, removing the two-hole gun vents from the F-14A. From the outside, it look exactly like an F-14B but it has glove vanes and the P&W TF30-414A turbofan engines.
