@@damondriver6363 You're what's called a short sleeper... someone that can function normally with very little sleep. Kobe Bryant also required only 3 hours of sleep daily and trained 3 times per day and played at the highest level of athletics. Most people require 8 hours to function optimally.

I don’t agree with everything Wes says but he steadfast in holding every man to a non negotiable physical standard. You must first and foremost be in shape because it is the first thing people notice.

However, if you open your mouth and got a condescending attitude (Wes), it is also a negative first impression for people. I think both Wes and Andrew got positives that we should learn from. Being physically fit is a positive, for many reasons: fighting, defending yourself, attractive to women, dominance display, commanding respect, etc... but being well spoken is definitely one too. If you go to a job interview and manage to convince people that you're smarter than you truly are, that's definitely a good skill to have.

Fresh and fit is a very successful podcast run by Myron and Walter and they both are real estate investors, Wes was in prison and came out and has a KZfaq channel doing fitness and motivational stuff although he’s a tool. Andrew Wilson has a podcast called The Crucible and he’s a top debater and also an engineer and an Orthodox Christian. Band Man Kevo is in the music industry and I’m not sure what the other 4 do.

Watching Wes intentionally try to bully a family man who is clearly past trying to impress others or pick up women is just cowardly. While I agree with Wes about the importance of having your life together, including staying fit, targeting this guy because of his shape is just cowardly. There are plenty of out-of-shape killers and mafia members who could easily handle Wes, not in a fight maybe, but he'd eventually show up missing. What if that family man was your dad, someone who has moved beyond the pursuit of a six-pack and is focused on faith, raising his kids, and being a good father, even if I completely disagree with his daily routine of playing video games and reading all day. Wes only talks tough because his opponent is weaker and is not the type to confront him. I'd like to see him try to pull that having tits with someone like John Gotti/Pablo Escobar type. He also acts this way because he's heavily protected by security guards, as he's admitted in the past, and because he's in the United States, a first-world country with strict laws that discourage people from responding with serious consequences. I'd like to see him pull that tough guy act in a third-world country, where people don't care about your size or toughness and will humble a disrespectful loud mouth real quick. Even thought a lot of his message is positive, this disrespect and public humiliation is just unnecessary. Imagine him in Brazil, Honduras, etc. acting like that-he wouldn't make it back, I guarantee you.
