BeautyofScent Most of the watches have a power reserve of at least 48 hours. I think CS has 60hrs. Also it has an indicator to let you know how much power is left. Plus as I mentioned it's a ritual, most people won't forget it if they wear a watch daily.

BeautyofScent No issue with winding. Most watches (including this one) also have a stop mechanism to prevent you from overwinding the watch.

It's a 20 year old brand with no pedigree! A superb timepiece must have a tried and true history not just complications. 100 years from now FP Journe pieces will be haute horology. As of now, it's on the same level as a Hublot.

Santiago Del Rio This is a ridiculous notion. For the record Journe made Grand Sonnerie watch for Piaget in 95, for his own brand in 2006. It took Patek till last year to make their own. Tradition means nothing if it is just a number.
