Folgende Situation :Patient ist tracheotomiert, benötigt durchgehend flüssigsauerstoff, gibt es eine Möglichkeit während der Inhalationstherapie den myairvo weiter angeschlossen zu lassen?

No. The Airvo2 is a High Flow open system.

Yes it is. myAirvo and Airvo are the same machine. Its the only high flow unit that does not require a compressor or hospital grade air from the wall. Hospitals that do use it for Covid have managed to treat up to 70 percent of their cases outside of the ICU and that is huge for throughput. Considering the average length of stay in the ICU is 8 to 13 days depending on modality, saving those beds for more serious cases like invasive vents for instance, is a big plus. Then if needed the same high flow unit can help with airway clearance post discharge at home (if needed).
