The good old times when FIA simply didn't care at all.

I'd just prefer this or have gravel traps, grass or whatever everywhere to prevent track limits, we don't need a dumb white line as the limit, make the usage of the track as the limit... like a normal track should be made

I tend to think track limits work better if they practically punish the drivers rather than entitling them to gain time and receive warnings, and that’s what the 2 metre gravel strips, introduced in 2024, are there for. The added gravel traps at Imola in 2024 was unanimously approved among the grid too. I think drivers running off the track as seen here is just silly.
