I really dont have much knowledge of this program Some basic questions that I found on google are: What is biological science? Why this field? What do you do in this program? (Might ask follow up questions based on your answer) Can you describe a research project you have worked on and your role in it? What laboratory techniques are you proficient in, and how have you applied them in your research? How do you analyze and interpret data in biological research? What are some ethical considerations in biological research, and how do you address them? What are the central dogma of molecular biology and its significance? What recent advancements in biological science excite you the most, and why? Study basic questions regarding your field. Hope this helps!

A low CGPA MIGHT give a negative impact but it wont be a reason for rejecting your VISA. So, be confident and when the officer asks you why you have low CGPA, then give them a reasonable ans and tell them that you have learned from your mistake and will do good in udergrad. Remember CONFIDENCE is the key. You have not done anything wrong, so why get nervous? its just CGPA.
