Fun fact: The last time both Mercedes were out of the race, Verstappen was first, Raikkonen was second and Vettel was third

Great driving by Max, never locked the brakes at the start. Kimi insisted to much but that's the hype of the start Valtteri has made himself a speciality at losing position at start and catch them back before the end of the lap (when no one runs into him...)

So Verstappen took that 0.00000001% win chance to absolute perfection

Brilliant win from Max!

Wow. Kimi drove like 2002 Kimi today. Very raw but big improvement. Now he needs 2003 & 2005 finesse and he will win very soon. Kimi can win the WDC now. Very close to P1 despite 2 DNF's imo.

Well clearly Max wasn't even driving recklessly at all. He kept it tight ard the corners not trying to push Kimi away or anything like that their tyres just touched so fair play and great win.

I think this was the best race of the year, and one of the top 10 for the last 5 years, not just for the double mercedes retirement, but the firdt win of Red Bull at their yaird, the good result of Grosjean which doesn't had points until today, Alonso starting at last and finishing 8 with Mclaren, and both Sauber drivers geting points! WITH NO CRASH IN THE HOLE RACE! Obviously had some retirements, but it was pure emotion, and CONGRATULATIONS MAX!

I knew Ferrari fanboys are delusional, but didn't expect them to be this delusional. Lets forget for a moment that Kimi went off track with all 4 tires and used that advantage to defend his position in turn 3, and that he subsequently went on to push Verstappen onto the grass on the straight. As you can see in the video, at about 1:55 on the straight between turns 5 and 6 Verstappen is alongside Kimi and he continues to gain space. At 1:57 were they start to turn into the corner, his frontwing is alongside kimi's sidepod. Yet kimi steers in like a blind horse and again attempts to squeeze Verstappen out of the track like he did before. This time their wheels slightly touch, and Verstappen manages to pass thanks to that. How in the world, can Ferrari fanboys claim Verstappen made a mistake there and should be penalized, or be blamed at all?

Really tough race for so many people. Almost every DNF in this race was big damage to crucial points for the drivers' team in the Constructor's championship standings. I mean, now Seb leads the driver's championship and Ferrari is ahead in the constructor's by 10 points, all in one race :/
