What really angers me is the fact that 2008 Singapore could have been Rosberg's first Formula One win... in a car that is not a front running car. That would have been incredible, but Flavio had other ideas 😡

Great video! I like how genuinely informative it is whilst keeping your humour - there's some mid-GP2 knowledge info I actually wasn't aware of. Also, you say about people not wanting to hear about older seasons... But I'd love to see older F1 season reviews and your take, especially on those dramatic 90s seasons! :)

Jolyon Palmer also does commentary for F1TV alongside Sam Collins & (usually) Ben Edwards and is great! Love that trio more than Crofty & co TBH. Will Buxton also surprised me with how good a pit lane reporter he is when he isn’t being a captain obvious narrator for Drive to Survive. Tom Gaymor is meh IMO though.

And if you started earlier you could do F3000 champions...of whom the most successful in Formula 1 was, Juan Pablo Montoya. In 20 seasons the series produced exactly 0 F1 champions. On the other hand, though it wasn't meant to, it produced a bunch of really good Indy car drivers. Including Montoya. Then there's the 1995 champion Vinczeno Sospiri whose only F1 ride was....Lola. Yes that was 97 and no I'm not sure what he did to tick off the racing gods that bad.
