F250 TURBO UPGRADES! Ford Performance Garrett turbo kit install.
Over the past few months I've been monitoring my twin scroll turbo on my 2014 6.7 F250. I have had oil samples done that came back 19 PPM plus i was getting boost errors on my tuner.
With a trip to the Simpson Desert planned i did not want to have a turbo fail crossing the centre of Australia so i swapped it out for the Ford Performance kit. This kit upgrade the current 13/14 turbo to the single updated turbo on the 15 model trucks.

I've done the full deletes on two f250s. 2011 and 13 using the ez lynk and with sotf. Best thing you'll ever do. I use a diesel performance mob in W A. Good tunes but no after sale service or interest on how I went, especially the dollars i spent with them. Both def and egr delete. I think I'll be up for a new turbo on the 2011 soon, so your video was interesting. Cheers, Phil in the Hunter valley.

Glad you like the upgrade. Loving my 16 on tunes. You definitely want it deleted when running tunes. The amount of soot that the DPF captures will require def fillups and regens constantly. You'll go broke and pollute the landfills with def containers with the amount of def you go through.

The Simpson desert 🌵 sand hills won’t give you any problems with that Turbo big fella . Your truck will chew em up and spit em out . Take care out there .

Have fun good luck with the new turbo set up.🤘 pretty skilled truck planking 😆 it would be a funny design for a sticker or shirt “truck planking champion” outline of the F 250 with mechanic and legs coming straight out the front. 🍻

Make sure your tuner tunes the hissing sound out of your exhaust when you delete it. If not your exhaust at idle will have a turbo hissing noise. You'll have get a rumble tune for at idle which sounds similar to the 6.7 cummins at idle.

I’m in the market for a turbo it’s down to MPD 364.5 & SMEDLING 364.5 I have a 10MM stroker Pump I’ll install while everything is open I have ezlink support pack from a northern tuning company l have lots of tune options while mostly stock and just a turbo but once the pump goes in there is only a few tunes to choose from hopefully they can hook it up
