Well we finally got around to building the factory turbo on my 2017 f250 6.7 Powerstroke. Also we went into some great depth on these 6.7 powerstroke factory turbos. What do you guys think so far, wait for my next upload. Were going to do a full driving review!

Can't wait to do my turbo swap. Decided to go with Lawless Motorsports upgraded vgt turbo. They change the turbine wheel as well as upgraded bearings, billet 66mm wheel and machined housing.

Now with the weight loss, there is a small squeak when the truck shuts off, why would that be or has it always been there but never noticable

Look into an MPD(Maryland Performance Diesel) intercooler piping kit. Way cleaner looking and way more air flow

How has That turbo treated you. Do you still have on? Did it last? How is drive ability? Does it have more torque and speed? Please give me a good explanation as I am seriously considering

Nice upgrade to the turbo/is the ez link similar to what a Banks tuner is doing here in Ca for the 6.7 with a new air system about 7bills? Very hard to pass a smog test here if we delete the needed parts to get the 6.7 to run well.

How much more boost is this putting out and also is there special tuning that needs to go into this? I have a tuned and deleted truck now with the Ezlink GDP tunes. Would recommend a fass fuel system with this? Thanks for the video

It's the higher fuel pressure and higher timing on a cold start that give them that iconic diesel sound. Here is what they sound like without any pilot injection just a single shot like a 7.3, it's pretty cool and all done by tuning. kzfaq.info/get/bejne/gL2imKmDx9SveWQ.html

Non relevant but looking at tires do a lot of highway miles want street friendly and 37 I know you said you maybe could have fit them so. What I’m wondering is how are the street manners and noise. I like those tires you got and I know they are available in 37. I’m wondering if they have held up and stayed quiet after 20k I had a set of all terrains before and they just go to crap and get rough and noisy after 20k and I don’t want to do that again. I also was on a 5k rotation trying to keep to a 3500 rotation now. Any input would be appreciated thanks.

My 6.7 wont cold start with the remote start. I am tuned, deleted and have a 5" exhaust, do you have any idea why?

@@gamerprestige7240 I think it's a settings issue. Go into advance setting on the dash and go to remote start. I think it has something to do with that setting in there. Other than that..I think it could be the alarm sensitivity triggering it off..but who knows.

you have to drain the coolant in order to do the turbo, otherwise you'll get about a gallon worth of coolant into your oil pan.

Wrong the factory downpipe is 3.5” double wall. And the factory elbow off the turbo is squished down.

Man, big no no, not a set of safety glasses to be seen. Not cool at all. Don't care how good the turbo is when you have a sliver of metal sticking in your eye.
