Today, I'm going to show you how to make potato salad. This easy recipe is my healthy vegan version of everyone's favourite salad.

In my humble opinion, this is the best potato salad you will ever try. It's made with homemade mayonnaise and steamed red potatoes for extra nutrition. This dish is hearty and the taste is absolutely mouthwatering. It's perfect to serve at a holiday party, bbq, or a picnic.

I used this and it was sooo good. I added a hardy squeeze of lime juice to balance out all the garlic and cream. Also used corn in place of peas. Great altogether though!

The reason to peel the potato its because when it gets sunlight it creates cianure. Its on the skin and in the green vegetable part, but its easy to peel it. Yours seems fine, doh. Also, mayo with garlic its calles "alioli" Its a dressing common in spain with potatos, the name comes from oli, of oil, and the ali, that its about garlic. A lot better than the sugary recipee that i saw before, looks really tasty.

Thank you for this healthy easy potato salad recipe. I am waiting for the potatoes to cool down but I have already made the dressing. I didn't know this is how ranch is made. I used normal mayo btw.
