Thank you for watching! I’m hoping to shed some inspiration through my work here fabricating prosthetic and orthotic devices. It is an incredibly rewarding profession that lets us flex our creativity and craftsmanship, helping those people who inspire us all.
These orthotic shoe raises are prescribed for people with a leg length discrepancy (LLD). People who suffer from LLD often develop back / hip pain and other pathologies relating to an unstable gait.
Always check with your physician if your believe you require shoe lifts and head to any P&O clinic to service your prescription.
Disclaimer: this video is not an instructional video and is for entertainment purpose only. Attempting to modify your shoe may result in injury.

- apply superglue on the first layer between the shoe and solflex crepe material
- trim off any material and sand close to the shoe
