Hi. I have a question about the oven.. did you heating the oven at 130 cellcius a few minutes before you get in the Eva foam? I mean, did you heat up before or you turn it on when you get the Eva in? Thanks!

Yes, the oven should have a temperature of about 130° before you put the material in.

the heat of the arch of the foot will damage this memory foam, something is wrong in this process .

Thank you for your feedback. Everything is fine with this application example. It is tried and proven in practice and by German masters for orthopaedics. It is not a memory foam but an EVA foam with special characteristics.

It is called insole lasts. Companys for example like Wiest, Hartmann or Spenlé sell this.

We used a glue based on polychloropren (CR) for example Colle de Cologne from Renia.

We recommend to start with a coarser sanding belt (e.g. 24 Grit), then move to a finer sanding belt (e.g. 80 Grit).

Well, it means the struktur of the sanding belt - fine or rough. For better understanding you should have a look into a sanding belt assortment. This is not our business ;-)
