It's a bit difficult to set-up, but it's a good way to deal with tanky enemies and any squishy ones behind it at the same time. Burn the big guy, let the Backdraft hit the small guys.

(sigh) Darkest Dungeon is the state of the mind... has nothing to do with a physical dungeon, but very good video. I appreciate other peoples take on it.
