This was all really great but especially the neck stretch for the upper lungs finisher. My face feels far more relaxed.

Thanks for the video this is great. What would the benefits of such facial massage be? You say it relieves facial tension, does that mean the fascia becomes "healthier"?

@@stephaniebrisebois5950 Mexican Doctor is giving a fascia and quiropraxia course in Nov 6,7 and 8 in Tepatitlan, Jalisco. Mexico.. It will cost $3000 mexican pesos ($145 dollars) for a 3-day course. He speaks Spanish, English and German..
