Tl;DR dieing grandpa tells kids that young steve rogers got another kid killed by telling hydra to suck it, so kids sue. Daredevil then admits that he doesn't want to help sue cap so with the help of Daredevil and Captain America, She-Hulk gets evidence that it wasn't steve's fault by beating up Nazis.

Back when David E. Kelly did that horrible Wonder Woman TV pilot, I thought She-Hulk would've been a better fit for him, since lawyer shows are in his wheelhouse. Plus, because Robert Downey Jr. and Don Cheadle starred in his previous shows, it probably would've taken less arm twisting to get either of them to guest star as his Marvel character.
