OMG its bad when when you're watching a quiet movie late at night so you have the volume up high but have to lower it for commercials. Then life alert comes in like "help.... help... I cant get up" and you try to lower it fast but its too late and it wakes up your parents. Happened to me lol.

My poor sweet little grandmother got me a shake weight for Christmas last year. My parents gave me 'that look' you know the one where they're silently saying " I know this gift is bad but be grateful dammit" meanwhile my brother has his face hidden in a pillow because he's laughing so hard.

The Comfort Wipe was actually suppose to be for disabled people but for some reason products for disabled people in America don't or can't mention the fact they are for disabled people. For example: The Snuggie was meant for people in wheelchairs but they didn't mention that or show that in the commercials.

disabled people ? dont they get help ? if they cant do it themselves, theyll get someone to help them with all kinds of stuff ... they dont need this. shouldnt need this. i imagine my elders if i would use that on them... they would hit me with it.

The sad thing is, the comfort wipe was designed to help people who were physically disabled, but the only way they could manufacture them was if they convinced people the had mass-market appeal.

Ok, my inner History Nerd is revealing itself...the butt-wiping stick isn't new. The Romans would sit on these long benches with holes that sort of look like an outhouse on steroids. In front of them would be this little rivulet of water. They would take a stick with a sea sponge on it, dip it in the water, wipe their backside, and repeat as necessary. Then they'd leave the Roman Sponge Stick for the next person to use after sitting on a stone toilet with 20 of your neighbors. So is the one-person-TP-stick progress? Well, they never did come right out and say it is in fact a one-person-only stick, so maybe not... But if you want to wipe like the Caesars did, this product just might be for you!

Some of these are small market local ads for a local affiliate and the others are from post midnight low budget cable TV that only insomniac see. The Shake Weight Americans only know about because of the SNL parody of it. Why not show them mainstream American commercials or Super Bowl ads, come one

Oh God! I remember those horrible ads for Eagle Man Insurance as a kid! I think I was in 3rd grade when they came out, late 1994 or early 1995. I live in northwestern Indiana and we get a lot of Chicago media (we live close to Chicago). I was cracking up when I seen all of you watching this. :)

Eagleman is one of those commercials that is burned in to the memories of anyone from the Chicago TV market. Along with the Victory Auto Wreckers ad that has played for 30 years and the phone number jingles for Luna Carpet and United Auto Insurance.

HELLO FROM SEATTLE WASHINGTON USA!!!! My town where I've lived my whole 24 years represented in a lame commercial is no good haha, I promise we aren't all that lame!
