Haha Ring a Ring o’ Roses is “define as a game played by children in an open field”. It’s certainly not a word, it is a nursery/ folksong or song sang by children in the playground . It goes like this Ring a Ring’ o Roses (ring around the roses) a pocket full of posies, a-tishoo a-tishoo we all fall down. The song already from the plague (European Ebola) that almost wiped out Europe population. Nigerians always love things like this....”English” people in parliament or universities don’t talk with grammar, they talk in proper English language everyone understands.
