Күн бұрынSorry all - i spent all Friday afternoon doing this weeks groovy low friction news, alas the software i use (i will name and shame - Filmora wondershare) - despite obviously having purchased the software as that is what i have been using - it would only export the vid with a big watermark. I checked account, all fine. I tried live chat help - fail. I paid some precious ZFC buckaroos to purchase software AGAIN (following link from hey do you want to purchase vs watermark...) - and after following their bouncing ball - still would only export with a big watermark.
I then tried the whole uninstall / re install software thing - and for quite some time it would not let me uninstall it despite closing software - so had to shut down and re start pc to uninstall, re install - and it now appears to recognize that i have purchased the software (twice....).
I saved project however now cannot locate. By then it was 7pm, i called it quits. I am going to re record better hopefully mon / tues - or worst case, will be next friday.
Sorry -i know i am retarded at this stuff, but i swear, this one is the software companies fault!!!

If it's working now, can you just export the already recorded one? If not as per above watermark is fine - although it's also free advertising for something you're probably quite annoyed at right now 😂

i could if i could find the saved project, it looks like it removed all files during uninstall - i didnt think i would have needed to copy and save project files to another location in case, but, there we have it. And the watermark would have covered a graph and data table , so fudge it, re record it is!

Ha yeah this one definitely the software, i had recorded last vid on new pc fine, been using that software for a bit now, it just decided to do something new and frustrating on friday. Annoying that even after following its own bouncing ball to purchase the software so avoid watermark, it was still going to export with watermark. And still after logging out and logging back in and checking that i am on full licence account. And then, after also ensuring i was on the up to date software version, with trying uninstal and re install, which has now solved the watermark issue, as part of the uninstall, it deleted all files- so everything i recorded. So good. So, so good.
