If you're going to be doing this sort of thing, you definitely need head protection. I can speak from experience that even with a helmet, it'll still hurt, but it hurts a hell of a lot less than landing on your bare head!

9:45 god damn, that must've hurt a lot. It gives me flashbacks of when I landed on my back in a shallow foam pit. I randomly landed on a piece of flat metal or a pipe of some sort under the foam blocks. Idk if I would say it hurt like majorly, but I literally could barely breathe.
