Failed Sentry 14V with distant 2001 - Lapel, IN

Күн бұрынI was in Indianapolis early in the morning on the 25th and figured I'd stop by to catch this new 14V in Lapel. Just as my luck goes though it didn't go off. You can hear the 2001 down at the elementary school in the distance.
The 14V replaced a dead Model 5. Sirens in Lapel are tested with Noblesville every Friday at 11:00 am.
