I talk to my best friend multiple times a day and I will still always confirm our plans! Even if it’s just we’re going to the other’s house for dinner or a glass of wine. We both have kids so that plays into it but still! I share my kids with their Dad and even though she knows my schedule by heart, she always confirms. It literally takes 20 seconds. We’re too old to be guessing each others needs and schedules 🤷🏽‍♀️

Might sounds bad, but you don't wait for someone to confirm the date lol because yes, you don't want to waste your night on waiting, I agree with that. That's why you always have multiple options for that night🤷🏻‍♀️ So literally if Guy A doesn't confirm, you just go out with Guy B or Guy C who does... Nothing personal and you can even give Guy A a second chance on another day if you want. By that time they will get the idea of what your expectations are 👍🏼

I also don’t easily like guys for some reason. And not because I think I’m too much of anything or they’re not cute or nice…. Not sure what it is…. Maybe it is a fear of commitment and I only end up falling for people that I can’t be with because of circumstances like the one she mentioned…… hmmmm just gave myself therapy right now lol

I agree if it’s a new person yes you can touch base about date plans but after a while and you have learned each other a little bit and you know the person is a hey if I don’t hear from you by the day before or morning of person then no excuse after a while. 🤷🏽‍♀️

I cannot stand the trend of women making videos on TikTok of their 'receipts' when men don't text them early enough on the day of their date for their liking. There's one video of a woman who went viral and she comes off completely unhinged - like, this is why you're single, girlfriend. I think you guys brought up a really good point of women saying they're empowered but not acting like it in the tiniest way possible - ie. sending a confirmation text. And I think Jared would really benefit from meditating to get comfortable with being present with himself by himself. Take yourself out on dates, Jared!

If I were the pizza guy I would literally tell the person, I can’t share because “insert excuse”… this happened with my boyfriend too but I was the one who doesn’t like sharing but I did let him know I was very HANGRY and couldn’t share. He said he didn’t want food and later then wanted my fries. I jokingly showed annoyance or pretended I didn’t want to give it to him but obviously I gave him fries lol plus I got full and gave him the rest of what I had. The next time i went to a fast food spot I bought extra food 😅 all in all… if you knew you had to have a certain amount, tell the person BEFORE that you can’t share.
