So we learned a lesson never give hope. Watching dogs being rescued and being patiently treated gives people hope. Animals gives us hope if we love them. We learned to have hope in our loves by watching this video

I had to put my Trent to sleep last Friday, I’m 68 and I broke my neck, I’m doing good but I can’t work anymore, so I don’t have any money to pay for surgery to have Trent’s hernia surgery, I saw 4 vets in hopes someone would help him get his surgery. No one would help him, all they would tell me is he doesn’t need to be put to sleep. But Trent’s hernia keep getting bigger, he had to be put on laxative to be able to go to the bathroom. He was still eating, wanting to go on walks and still taking care of me. But I couldn’t keep him feeling pain anymore, it was to much for Trent, so I had him put to sleep. It’s been so hard not having him here with me. His bed, bowl and his leash. His bark. It’s so hard not seeing him ever morning to take him walking. I don’t understand why anyone would let an animal suffer like that.

Such a shame… I’m feeling for you, it’s so very unright and such a big loss for you!😢 Hugs to you…🫂

Michelle is such a pretty little girl. It is hard when such beautiful dogs with such sweet and intelligent personalities are harmed by Humans. This does seem to be the case with Michelle as you explained why a "car accident" was not realistic. Bless you for giving her a new life of joy. You are very special to have that kind of faith when the chances are so small.

What a beautiful girl and beautiful story about your wonderful rescue and determination to let her try to recover instead of just giving up on her like that First Vet did, so many animals I've seen even worse but with the intensive care their rescuers give they all recovered and some back to full health and mobility. Too many times people don't let animals recover from a injury They just take the easy way out for them so they don't have to spend time caring for the animal.
