Fair Value Gaps are meant to take a Limit Order in the middle of the Fair Value Gap, that would be nice to be tested

that will probably work if you are going with the direction of the gap, but as you saw from the video we are using the opposite for SP500 as mean reversion , meaning most of the time you are getting below the gap to go long.

@@StatOasis this is exactly how you show on 3:07. People test this stuff taking the position on limit order in the middle of the gap. Not taking a position next bar at market open.

All patterns can be tested on all assets, but that doesn’t mean it will work on all of them. For gaps you need to define a session time as 24 hours session will not work.

this was done on multicharts, but it can be done with SQX in different ways, they are not the same each has their own advantage/disadvantage don't forget to use gos.statoasis.com/sqx and enter "StatOasis" code for 23% OFF
