There's a time skip, as time in fairy world moves WAY faster than the real world. Timmy grows up while Cosmo and Wanda takes their 1000 fairy world year vacation. Hence why Timmy is an actor in the Crimson Chin: Chinfinity War in one of the first episodes, and why there's a new kid in the first place.

True. Though, Butch said he’d preferred it to end with Channel Chasers. That was his intended ending to the whole series. But, Nick didn’t want it to end. It instead ended on an underwhelming note, instead of a good conclusion. This only proved that they’re creatively bankrupt, and SpongeBob and this show, are the last good shows they have left. Id say Loud House, but that show’s pretty much done and over with.

Well they never went back to Fairy World ONCE during the live action show. So this is automatically an upgrade. Hopefully we’ll get to see some other classic fairy characters come back like Cupid, Juandissimo, Tooth Fairy etc. I’m excited for a new beginning and to see the hijinks and hiliarity Hazel gets into with Cosmo and Wanda.

Yeah, the abusive home life always felt too dark for 7 year olds (Yeah, the original was TV-Y7, I don’t know how that happened either). I’m glad they figured out a different catalyst and hopefully in about 10-15 years, their shows might actually reflect modern parenting values…if their corporate parent doesn’t fully implode by then of course.

I like it on first impressions. If people keep asking where Timmy is, he's probably an adult now, and that's fine. Fairly odd parents ran for 15 years, and it's already been established that Timmy was gonna have to let them go eventually. Plus while just a trailer, it looks already better than the original series last few seasons with Chloe. Remember Chloe? 😂

I always thought this show would be better if they got a new kid every season, I was always more interested in the the fairies and thought it would be cool to see the different kinds of kids they could have. I also like that Butch Heartman isn't involved. I dont usually support reboots, but this one could be okay.

I have high hopes for this show but god right now the animation looks awful, so stiff and lifeless but i wont say too much until the actual show comes out, it cant be worse than the shitty live action one
