One thing I really like about 100 Year Quest is that since it only takes place exactly 1 year after Acnologia and Zeref's deaths we can pick up the series as if it was only a timeskip rather than a new series. === 2:06 Laxus casually getting vengeance on an incarnation of old Laxus who was all about Survival of the Fittest. === Note that Natsu is capable of actually hurting Gildarts now even if it was just a casual smack. Past sneak attacks never actually hurt him. === The anime is making the Touka-Juvia interactions so much better. === For those who don't know: To indemnify is to pay or promise to pay someone an amount of money if they suffer damage or loss i.e. indemnify someone against something In return for a premium, the underwriter agrees to indemnify the insured against losses covered by the insurance. === Good job calling Erza out on forgetting that Acnologia took multiple factors, including deus ex machinas, for Natsu to beat. === I just know we're somehow going to get screwed over regarding that wish. === Let the Water Dragon God arc of the 100 Year Quest saga begin. === Three chapters in one episode. Fairy Tail is finally back!! 100 Years Quest has a lot of surprises!! also Hiro Mashima made a special chapter of how Natsu got the permisson for the 100 Years Quest & how the others tagged along with him that special chapter is called Fairy Tail Special Episode - The Path You Believe In I hope they will make a OVA for it or maybe they will include it somewhere in the anime

If you think about it that guy at the beginning was almost like Laxus back in the in the day, all that talk about Fairy Tail is best, all others are trash etc. I was happy to see that Laxus handled this, he had so much character growth Im proud of him :)

Oh man, damn it... This is the anime of my childhood. I can't even explain how emotionally attached I am, but they just can't do it right, it doesn't work. Where are those old openings, the endings, the magic circles, they completely removed them as if they never existed. The color palettes are weird, the colors of the magic are different from the old seasons. Natsu's is very light, it doesn't give the same feeling as the old seasons. Juvia's voice actor changed, her voice is different. Just two days ago, I was watching the last episodes of the first season and I missed it so much. When I heard that the 100 Years Quest was coming out, I was happy to see this anime again, but it just doesn't satisfy. This anime is so valuable to me. I was so young when I first watched it that I didn't even know the language was Japanese. My childhood passed with its songs, it has such a nostalgic feeling, that's why I criticize it so much because I can't get that old feeling... It really hurts my heart. Seriously, friends, don't get too attached to anything, a piece of advice from me. Somehow, it always ends up hurting.

The first thing that i notice is the new ost , like the music of Fairy tail is one of my favourite in all show and only in this episodes there was some banger , i can't wait to hear some music for battles . P.s. i really liked so far that they didn't waste time to explain us what's this world and the characters , this really seems like a normal time skip

About the "why people wouldn't want to join the oldest guild" well I guess it's something like with technology. People leave the old ones and change it for new. New ones offer better quality, performance, and so on.....
