Couple of questions below asking about the instrument being played by Griogair I actually don’t know, but I believe we see Griogair playing a tin whistle in the performance, but I believe we hear an instrument with a reed(s) and a drone/chanter - my guess Uileann Pipes

Dear Griogair, do you also speak or sing in Urse? We've been reading The Lyon in Mourning Vol. 1, 2 & 3 and one of the protagonists, Patrick Grant a Glenmoriston man, who assisted Prince Charles in his skulking in the Isles, only spoke Urse.
