i'm not a believer but I think that it's great how tobin can believe in her faith but doesn't push it on people.

Guys,girls. Please listen up, if you are in participating in competitive sports. Please do proper strength training program. Go see your strength coach or at least your gym teacher, that way you can avoid injuries. Some of these injuries are nasty but can be avoided by increased by proper training.
