Indie Mixtape is the go-to for all things indie music. We serve as a funnel to make sure that only the best music -- new and old -- is delivered directly to the people who care the most.
Indie is more than a music genre. It's a sensibility. The indie fan may be overlooked in our current cultural climate, but they're alive and well -- going to see live music, visiting art galleries, and prioritizing substance over facade. This is for you.

3:23 The change from B major to heavy riffing in C sharp minor is very stylishly done. It changes the direction of the song - from pretty upbeat and dreamy to very dark - without sounding forced or dissonant. Superb musicians. Overall, it is surely one of their best songs.

Time has seemed to have accelerated - the nineties, seemed to have started so normally, blink, I finished High School, blink again it was the year 2000 - Sydney Olympics. Blink again, I'm a Dad. Blink again I have two teenage girls and am building Lego listening to this awesome song. Sometimes it makes me cry, that I didn't just stop and soak in those years. All in the pursuit of an education, job, money. I feel like I have somewhat wasted those years - just to go back to the mid nineties as a young man and enjoy myself a little bit more. I suppose they call it melancholy.
