Fine....what about persons who have career gap? Do software industry accept candidates with 5 years gap....those who tried for any govt jobs or upsc.....no.... no one will accept with more than 2 years gap....then how they need to survive?good you're creating awareness....but try to understand every one's life is not same....I can't explain more about today's unemployment issues....

new company will only enquire whether he worked in earlier company for how may months/years only. First dont be scared of keeping fake exp. be confident and learn subject end to end with practical projects. My friend kept 7+ years fake exp and he is still working now, currently his designation is Lead.

Yes....he is just threatening people with his half knowledge.....fact is that no company will entire ban any Candidate from software industry....in background verification if company knows that he is fake ...then they will just terminate or sk to resign themselves.....no company can't entirely ban any Candidate from software industry.....not every one's life is same....if God has given you better life just enjoy it and try to help others ....but don't try to threat people with your half knowledge....they are many people who tried for upsc but not succeeded.....what else they need to do to survive.....is there any option for them...... don't spread lies and your half knowledge to others.
