It is that moment you have been waiting for and dreading at the same time - that first date, your master thesis presentation, your dream job interview. As you enter the room, your hands shake and sweat runs down your forehead. But what if you could teach yourself to get over these feelings that can hold you back from achieving your goals? Tina Glenvik offers the three keys to unlocking the ability to be in control of who you want to be.
Tina Glenvik has been performing professionally on stage since the age of 15 and is no stranger to nervousness. With dual masters from the Academy of Music and Drama in Gothenburg in both Education in Music Pedagogy as well as Music and Drama Performance, she educates drama students about being in control of their bodies in front of an audience.
This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at ted.com/tedx

While i'm not so sure about the low-status, high status terminology, i don't think it works that well - i do get the concept and agree with most of it

the problem is that they, in school, give us few minutes to present and it becomes harder to present all the information :(

Yes. Then it means that don't present all of the information. Select the most important one.
