Yash, try to make a test for butter, when I fry eggs with Amul butter the butter color changes the more you leave it on fire the more the color of the butter gets darker, it first starts with a yellow color then it becomes dark yellow then brown till it becomes totally black. while the butter from Gyan, does not change its color no matter how long you keep it on fire, it keeps its yellow shiny color. when I noticed this I stopped using butter from Amul and right now using Gyan butter only. So I believe you should do this test by yourself and show the results to your viewers.

When the butter continues to heat up, its amino acids (the building blocks of proteins) react with its sugars to create totally new compounds, some of which are brown and many of which have new toasty flavors. This is known as the Maillard reaction or the browning reaction. Gyan Butter may be adultered with oil so such reaction does not take place or takes place but at very low rate.

Butter should not be heated at high temperature, that is why whenever something is cooked directly in butter it is good to add a little oil along with butter so that it does not burn on direct heat. Amul butter is good, the cooking method is wrong. We have never used any butter other than Amul, cannot comment on Gyan butter quality.
