Anyone noticed how Frank spelled Abagnale with a capital “N”? But thanks to his confidence, no one notice the mistake, which is technically the whole point of the movie.

I never paid much attention to Leo till I saw this movie. He's great in Shutter Island and Django Unchained too. He pulls off movies that go way above how good most people think he is. Maybe if he hadn't started so young and made a certain first impression he'd get more credit.

Christopher Walken is a legend; how many facial expressions, mannerisms and body language nuances does he pull off in just 5 seconds; just a master at his craft. It's amazing how humble a lot of these legendary actors are as they didn't give into all the glowing and well earned reviews. To them it was their job to convince us they were who we saw; and they nailed it. Hard to see them all slowly retiring but relaxing in their hard earned sunset years.....sigh.

@@valmacclinchy Yeah. It is possible with that level of confidence.. more so earlier when technology (and surveillance systems in particular) wasn't as advanced as today. Abignale was a top tier conman with a great level of self confidence. And he was definitely very smart for his time. Conmen usually ARE smart. And yes, Leo DiCaprio was fantastic in this movie, as usual.
