While converting some of my old saturday morning cartoon tapes, I randomly found this episode towards the end of one of the tapes. Hope all you Falco fans will appreciate this. I haven't seen this uploaded anywhere else, so I'm sure its not readily available out there.

@@LarsTragel-zh7ei I totally agree with you. Alcohol, drugs were bandages. Peter Vieweger, one of his guitarist and childhood friend said of him: "life was an open wound for Falco". And the showbizz system is a grinding machine for people like him. I have said this to another person: "He was an outstanding personality, in life, in the musical world. His style, his lyrics, his songs are unique, and what's more, he was beautiful. His emotional fragility overcame him, even as he said, if he was aware that there are great ups and downs in life.To face them, we are not equal in this fight. The hyper-sensitivity of artists is a strength in their creativity, but a drama in life itself. " I love Falco since 1982. He is a great source of inspiration. I have written a personal booklet that I offer to my friends and youngs also, with CDs for different occasions, and also a booklet of drawings. RIP Hans Holzel ... "Falco"... died of in a car / bus accident in 1998 in the Domincan Republic just before he was to turn 41. And thank you, Dick Clark, for bringing these superstars into our living rooms each and every Saturday...RIP Mr. Clark as well.

Listening to Falco in 1986 during high school was the best. He had class, charm and charisma that few today can match. In Tuscuon Arizona and Toronto Canada And beyond..... RIP FALCO

Dick Clark motioned for some of us dancers to dance behind Falco on Vienna Calling. I'm the girl who hugs him at the end. ABS would put KFC out on benches at lunch time for the dancers and Falco came out and mingled with us. No other artist I saw there ever did. Sweet memory RIP Falco❤️

Datra Hardaway Welcome! Unfortunately you will not find the Vienna it was when Falco still lived. It‘s very international streamlined meanwhile, designed to push through as many Tourists as possible day by day - since this seems the only way to generate enough taxation so that politics can manage the paybacks of the horrendous official, „public“ debt while making new debt steady - instead of saving. Unnecessarily the political managers of Vienna try to make a very interchangeable City out of it - which visitors might just not notice because they have no way to compare. Makes me - i‘m a Vienna native - very sad.

@@HrSamstag I agree. I was born in lower Austria and as a kid I loved Vienna, now I hate it. Still live in Vienna and see it destroyed year by year. But Falco really was a genius. No matter how much I start to hate my home country, he reminds me why I once loved it. Miss him. P.S.: Dont search for German speaking in Vienna, if you hear someone talk German it is propably me because no one else does anymore. :'(

Zumindest war er der erste der Englisch und Deutsch gemischt hat und ist bis heute einziger Deutschsprachiger Interpret der auf 1 und den USA ging. Und man muss sich niemals in Erinnerungen was da damals für größen vertreten waren. Der Mann ist eine Legende. I actually liked "Vienna Calling" more than "Rock Me, Amadeus." They certainly don't make music like that, anymore. I've even heard it said that no other artist from Austria has ever made it as far as Falco did.

He had a great career abroad, but he never was able to match the success he had in 1986. He sort of fell off the face of the earth here in America until we heard about his death. Very sad.

I like all his songs. I remembered one time my Half Sister and his German Husband visited us way back 86. we don't know how we going to make him more relaxed in our house as he doesn't speak much in English but 30 min. later we break the silence with a 1 liter Cold Red Horse Beer and an Album of Falco blaring in the background. this is in the Philippines. and Yeah.. even tho we don't understand the lyrics most of his songs, he's still quite Popular in the Philippines in the 80's.. my Fav. are "Jeanny" "Tango The Night"
