This has definitely been massively helpful - I thought I understood bullseye, but this has shown just how useful it is when tied to the FCR

But how do i fly to the bullseye call? , when i put my spi on the location and start pulling to the spi , the spi dosent keep the location , thats the only part that is missing in this great tuturial@@AviationPlus

@@stevesteven-gw4zy Yup place cursor in the general area and determine if it is a threat if it is commit if not don't worry about it but take not if it will become a threat soon or not.

@@AviationPlus i get it , but if it is a threat , how do you navgiate to the spi ? I can turn the plane in some degree to head to the spi , like if the spi is on my 8 a clock , thats about 120 dgree to the left , and lets say the distance is 20 mile , how do i know that when i passed 20 mile ? I know it sound stuiped , but thats my qustion thanks for the reply

Finding coordinates on the FCR can be difficult, because it's not a top down view. Luckily the HSD mirrors the FCR cursor. With FCR as SOI the cursor will move inwards/outwards, or along the range rings, which I find a bit more intuitive.

Great as always! I recall reading you can set your radio messages (text) to stay in a pull-down now so you could read the bullseye calls at your leisure.

That is correct you can have the radio calls come up as text on the top left side of the screen, but they will disappear after a few seconds.

@@AviationPlus I'm talking about OTWToggleSubtitleWindow, a new feature on page 4-44 of the tech manual. Lists all previous comms with timestamps (I haven't tried it). Alt C: W.

@@AviationPlus correct me if I’m wrong but dcs has a better flight model, avionics modeling, radar modeling, and jet system modeling.

@@quickrider3855 You are 100% wrong on the flight model. BMS uses NASA data to model the F16 characteristics. In regards to DCS eye candy doesn't mean it's accurate by any means.

Yo need make sure you set up the threat rings and save your data cartage. As for friendly flights do you mean IDM symbology? Thanks for watching

If you want the best F-16 experience on all levels then fly this. If you want eye candy and barren sandbox then you can fly DCS.

DCS is still far from being the complete package (no pun intended) so people move to BMS to enjoy the ultimate war experience
