One of the things that I love most about your covers is that you keep the core of the song, you keep its *identity* and work around it-you don't add shitty guitar solos or verses that no one ever wants to hear. You understand that the original is absolutely fine the way it is (which is what a lot of artists don't understand), and you only enhance it from there by adding badass rhythm guitars, drums, etc. that DOESN'T detract from its individuality. It genuinely frustrates me that you don't have millions of subscribers. Your work is fucking incredible and we honestly don't deserve you lol EDIT: As an added detail, you keeping the original FFVII-esque synth, meshed with metal elements, makes it sound so incredibly authentic. My hat's off to you, man

Haha, thanks, mate! I couldn't rephrase it better! I always try my best to preserve the original feel (unless I feel like destroying the track, cuz, y'know, sometimes you need that in your life) and/or use similar instruments (which can be kinda challenging) And yeah, the track I put my hands on is usually something I've been digging for years, because of how great music piece it is, so I work hard not to lose what author meant (or at least I try to show it in a different light that I think suits it as well - don't confuse it with "trying to improve it" since that's not the point, and I really don't like those "better/worse than original" comments lol) (everytime someone writes "I really hate the original, but your version is lit", I'm like - what the fuck lmao that's the same shit ) As for solos, well, to be honest, most metal guitar solos I heard over the years can be written by a basic RNG over the scale and note value, so it was never my thing lol Even though I often add a background piano line(s), or an extra melody, in general, I keep the structure the way it was

I'm not discrediting this song, as it is one of my favorites...but Nexus, it's ok to add some extra things in here. Otherwise we'd have 20 different rock/metal remakes that all sound the same. It doesn't hurt to add a lil extra to make it your own. That's the great thing about music. Don't be too close minded.

@@chazsims2565 Well FF7 fans can be... very demanding when it comes to their paticular childhood treasure called FFVII. No matter how good a remix of a FF7 score might be, if it doesn't trigger those nostalgia switches then it simply won't do anything for them, and they'll move on feeling let down. Remember, this isn't just your average level of nostalgia we're talking about here. This is *FFVII* nostalgia. This game is a goddamn religion to some people, myself included. And for that matter, i'm feeling rather pissed. Because of the fact that no FFVII boss theme Square Enix could put out for the remake could possibly compare to this work of art. This is *exactly* what i imagined this track sounding like with modern instruments back when FFVII came out. If i knew how i would just replace the official remake boss theme with this on my own copy.

Ultimalice Im still surprised there are soo many Behemoth version and how they can learn soo many spells They can learn 3 elemental magic spells(Blizzard, Thunder/Bolt, Fire until its Ga/level 3 strength), Meteor, Sleep(A special move learned by Intangir a blue Behemoth from FF6 it act like both sleep and vanish) and my favorite of them all The move ???? We're achieving levels of metal that shouldn't even be possible. This metal is so dense, limits are broken and black holes are formed. How's that for a Limit Break? You create a ball of metal so dense it turns into a black hole that sucks enemies in, only to run out of energy and explode. This is actually scientifically accurate: at the end of it's lifespan, a black hole will release all of its mass in a powerful explosion. Imagine creating small black holes to use the explosion as a weapon, an explosion that makes the Tsar Bomba a mere firework.

☆go1☯ Oh yeah dude, Persona's huge ! Persona 5 quickly became my favorite game of all time, I was OBSESSED with it (Still kind of am haha !). Like I legit cried at least twice while playing it for the first time because I got so into these characters and their stories, y'know ? I'm currently playing Persona 4 at the moment, and it's super good too ! If you like RPGs with great characters (and the music, universe, art style and everything else is hella good too !), you'll definitely love the Persona games. Especially if you're into the japanese culture and stuff ;) Duuuude... You just sent me on a nostalgia trip ! I remember watching Black Rock Shooter (the anime haha) YEAAAARS ago when it first came out and it blew my mind ! I kinda wanna play the game now 🤣 I've heard a lot about Shining Resonance and I'm super interested in checking it out ! I'll check out your other games too ;)
