I have never heard of a "moody romantic Autumn", per se, but I AM HERE for it! I love moody anything....true story, I painted my walls in the my kitchen and living room with Benjamin Moore's Black Beauty. That's right. Black paint. I absolutely love all things dark and mysterious so I'm here for this! Kristen, one of the many reasons I enjoy you so much is how nostalgic you are. I am that way, also! I know of ppl who aren't and in a way I'm jealous of them. I'm almost too nostalgic and it prevents me from living in the moment because I always want a time machine to go backwards. Also, your love of candles! I have too many to count but last year I took your advice and tried the Pumpkin Clove and OMGGGGG it is as great as you say it is. A splurge, but worth every single second that it burns. Looking so forward to your fall/Christmas content. Kind of a bummer, but I am moving the first of September from Omaha to Maine so my fall decor may not even come out this year and I'm already kind of trying to come to grips with that.

I think once i get through the next couple of months to complete my projects, I might need your tips, hauls and advice. My baby is due July 30 so it’s just recently occurred to me that I’m probably not going to decorate for fall this year and I’m sad about it. I will be watching all your videos and living vicariously through you lol. I absolutely love this moody fall theme you have picked for this year and cannot wait to see it all come together!

The last couple of years, I have put out fall decor the last two weeks in August. My favorite fall candle is BBW's Autumn.

I got goosebumps watching this video and imagining how your sultry romantic fall theme will turn out as! I had visions of dark blue and purple velvet ribbons draping around your floral arrangements. My decor style is more of a hodgepodge as I try to find as much free decor as possible. I have an amazing recycling center near me where I can get yarns, fabric, florals, dishes, artwork, candles and much more for free so I get quite an eclectic collection of items to decorate my home.

Loved hearing about your fall decor plans❤ It is also my favorite time. I've taken to shopping at thrift and/or charity stores. The quality of workmanship in vintage items for the price is enough for me but there are many other advantages. You mentioned your open space might pose a challenge for the vision you have. Perhaps utilizing room dividers here or there could help. They can be moved around and offer another texture or color in a space. I look forward to your next videos. Happy fall planning! 🍁🎃

Hi Kristen, I do start decorating fall in August because it gives me enough time to enjoy my autumn decor and afterwards in early or mid September I start with Halloween.I am not really good at decorating or knowing what matches well with my home decor once the holidays start. You, pumpkin 👑 are my go to person because your decorating skills are so gorgeous and unique. You truly are an my go to person when it comes to fall/Halloween/ Christmas decor. I’m feeling your vibe, I’m planning on changing (up-cycling)my fall decor to the deeper fall jewel tones.

I started to and moody was also I thing that captured me this year I always do the neutrals but this year the deep golds, rust and chocolate browns, ooooh the plums caught my eye too....we will see but candles a definite staple, moody prints and accessories more nature based items like acorns and beautiful leaves and textures....I can't wait to keep digging but yes moody fall is going to be my style this year for decor.....I'm so glad you are back, you give the best examples and references to the beginning of my "ber months love".

So excited to hear your plans for fall and most definitely would love a Halloween video. Have not totally started planning fall but have purchased A couple of items. I like your moody color scheme. I tend to stay in the traditional fall colors as the state I live in doesn't have the beautiful oranges, rust, reds etc. Or we just jump from Summer to Winter in Sept. But I think I would like to add some burgundy or plum colors. Thanks for sharing. Lol I gave away all my decor for Summer, the 4th , Memorial etc. Kept fall and Xmas and a few bunnies for Easter ( I have grandbabies who still love them).

I think this year I am going more fall and less Halloween. I used to do a lot of fun Halloween things when my grands were younger and enjoyed Nana's craziness.:) This year a bit more upscale Fall. I will give my Halloween things to a local thrift store that helps the disabled. Lots of brass, velvet pumpkins etc. I love the look you are describing as well. And now I think I may have to google that pumpkin clove candle!!:)
